Cheap iPhone 4S plan for Prepaid Users from U Mobile

iPhone 4S is out with Maxis, Celcom and Digi throwing out the bundled plans for iPhone 4S. Some feels that these plans are very expensive and not worth signing up. Some prepaid users are reluctant to switch over to postpaid. Some people just dont like to be tied up on a contract for 1 or 2 years.

But with the iPhone 4S now available contract-free from the Apple Online Store, things are different. U Mobile have a prepaid plan targeted specially to those iPhone 4S users which do not want to be tied up on long contracts. The plan is not a new plan from U Mobile but it is recently marketed differently to attract iPhone users without a contract to subscribe to it. Or to encourage people to go for contract-free iPhone after knowing about such plan.

It is the Unlimited Mobile Internet plan which cost you RM28 per month (less than RM1 a day) and gives you 100 minutes of talk time and 30 SMSs to all networks. Best part is that the left over minutes and SMSs can be carried over to the next month instead of burning off. And you are not bound to any contracts or commitment. If you exceed your talk time minutes or SMS, charges will be made like any normal prepaid users.

The data allocation for this plan is just 500MB but no extra charges when you exceed the data quota but speed will be throttled to dreadful 64kbps. It is considered unlimited because no extra charges will be made after 500MB. But bare in mind that data is very important to get the full experience of your iPhone 4S.

So if you are interested in this plan, just head to Apple Online Store and get your iPhone 4S for RM2199 (16GB) and get a U Mobile starter pack (If you still do not have it) for RM8 from any convenience store.

  1. keep up the great work on the site. I love it. Could maybe use some more updates more often, but i am sure that you have got other things things to do like we all have to do unfortunately. =)

  2. I had been curious about if you ever considered replacing the page layout of your blog? Its well written; I really like what you have got to say. But maybe you could add a a bit more in the way of written content so people could connect with it better. You have got a great deal of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
